Processing Time

All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1-2 business days after your order confirmation.Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline

Domestic orders (India) once dispatched, your order should arrive within 4 to 6 working days. In the event of high order volumes, there might be slight delays. Should such a situation arise, we will proactively communicate with you, ensuring your order reaches you at the earliest possible convenience.

International orders are typically delivered within 5-6 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Addresses

Ecofrico, in collaboration with our trusted courier partners, will deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. Deliveries can be accepted by individuals other than the named recipient, provided they have apparent authority to receive the order on the recipient’s behalf. It is not mandatory for deliveries to be personally received by the named recipient.

Shipping Charges and Free Delivery

We offer complimentary shipping across India for orders over Rs.199. For orders below this amount, a nominal delivery fee will be applied based on your delivery location, which will be visible at checkout. For international shipping, standard rates will apply according to the destination, and these rates will be displayed at checkout.

For International shipping, a standard shipping fee will be applied based on the order size and delivery location. These rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout, ensuring transparency and clarity before you complete your purchase. 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD options are available but limited to specific areas. While we are constantly expanding our coverage, orders from areas beyond our delivery partners’ reach will require pre-payment through alternate shipping methods.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, delivery delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or regulatory restrictions. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Shipment Tracking

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to the tracking website.Tracking information will be activated within a certain period following dispatch.

Customs and Taxes

Please note, Ecofrico is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order upon delivery. These fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Orders

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged, we urge you to contact us immediately to initiate a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.

Inspection Rights

Our courier partners reserve the right to inspect any shipment at any time, ensuring compliance with all regulations. Ecofrico is not liable for any resulting inconvenience or delays.

Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments may be deemed undeliverable for various reasons, including incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery. Undeliverable orders may incur additional charges or be canceled.

Environmental Commitment

We encourage all customers to recycle and reuse our packaging materials, aligning with our commitment to sustainability.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. After which, undelivered consignments will be considered rejected.
